My two cents...

All I want to know how is, how to change the icons on the bar at the bottom of the home screen?

Anyone?

I could do it on my Skyrocket; their was an edit option. There doesn't seem to be that option on the One (get it, The One) - LOL

Skyrocket is touchwiz, that could be a sense issue. I'm not sure. You could always download another launcher

I guess you bought the phone before playing with a demo at the ATT store? You say you have small hands and a 4.7" screen is pretty massive.. In fact only about a half inch smaller than the G Note, LOL. Otherwise, it seems you like the phone. As a long time iPhone user it appears to be the best thing out there and as we all know, ATT's network is pretty much the only one with simultaneous voice/data too.. Thanks for your 'two cents' !!

The thunderbolt and rezound do voice and data together on Verizon....

The one x looks like a nice phone, i just couldnt stand the thought of At&t service in my area.

Yes the text bug is crazy....I have tried several times to adjust it...and it seems to always revert back...makes viewing text messages very akward. Other than that I am totally in love with this phone!!

same here, thought the phone was playing games with me...software fix??

It's super easy: just drag icons on or off anytime. You don't have to go in edit mode. Also you can drag multiple icons to the same slot to get a folder just like on the screens!

@naviwilliams...yes we are talking about the ATT version. Just received it yesterday...the text issue as well as the font size issue is present on my phone.

here's my penny's worth....like this phone alot, came from moto photon previous phones were evo ov, palm pre tp2 and a one before, this is the slickest yet, it flies! great screen rivals my wifes old iphone4s, theres a few bugs a little lag off and on but im sure updates will fix them as htc has a lot on the line here because of all the hype

I'm actually having trouble receiving text messages as well. I've never had any issues with the Vivid. I wonder if this model or just mine is having connectivity issues to the network. It doesn't look that way, but who knows. It doesn't happen every time, but I'd say at least half of the time. Not only do I not hear a notification, there isn't a visual notification either (...and yes my notifications are set up correctly...this ain't my first rodeo!) It's only once I actually go into messages that I can see that people have texted me. My husband and family think I ignore them all the time. It's great haha

HTC One X has messaging notification problem on 'very small number' of units, fix in the works | The Verge

Based on that...either wait for the fix or perhaps exchange your device for a new one.

Long Press....move it onto home screen or remove, then move what you want into that spot. Only thing to remember is that whatever you put in will be on your lock screen. That is the only issue I have with Sense 4.0. In 3.6 you could choose which apps to put there.
