I use an itel A11 phone that was never rooted at all. My elder brother gave me this phone because he was sick of the phone's lagging issues. It was so bad that it took almost 30 minutes to boot up sometimes. I took the phone to switch it on and start using it with the intention to erase the phone, but it took about 5 minutes to boot up and when it came on, it was lagging so much that I had to force shutdown by holding the power button for 10 seconds, when I tried to switch it on again, it just remains stuck at boot logo no matter what I do, even when I plug it to charge, boot to recovery mode, it remains stuck at the itel boot logo, it doesn't even play the boot animation. Please is there a way out?

Judging from the laggy behavior beforehand, it's probably due to failing hardware. Probably not worth the cost of a repair shop.

I remember some female celebrity having nude pics leaked to the public, because someone hacked into her Google account and stole the pictures from her cloud storage. I believe it was an inside job. So actually how safe are those pics on our phones? lol

I see a lot of poor account discipline everywhere, so this kind of thing doesn't necessarily have to be an inside job. When I use the many various terminals in the hospital, I often notice browsers open to a personal Google, Microsoft, or whatever account still logged in. It'd be pretty simple to access personal photos that way.
