my V10 is back in action!

LG customer support was phenomenal, and I got a (refurbished?) Phone back. Setting the phone back up wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. Battery life seems a teensy bit better but it's only been a few hours so not sure yet. All in all if one of your main criteria for a phone purchase is customer service LG is definitely a solid pick.

I'm not having issues with mine but after dealing with Motorola ( my daughters droid turbo 2) i have to say that knowing LG is top notch on customer service is good!

One of the reasons I picked the V10 over the Moto X Pure was due to an absurd number of accounts of people paying for insurance and never getting their phones back from Motorola due to some loophole excuse. Funnily, as the phone continues to go down in price, the X Pure may be my new backup phone lol.
