My V30 forgets.

So my V30 has an issue where it periodically forgets paired Bluetooth devices. Sometimes it forgets my car (Ford SYNC system). The car will try unsuccessfully to connect, so I go into the phone and the car is no longer listed under "Paired Devices". The timing and frequency has seemed quite random. I couldn't identify a common factor. I have a similar issue with my Moto 360 Sport smartwatch. My phone will suddenly start asking me if "the PIN matches the device I'm trying to pair to." I punch in the PIN and it's fine, until the next time it happens. My suspicions are that this is a Bluetooth issue, not a V30 issue. Bluetooth has ALWAYS been a buggy technology in my experience. Anyone having a similar problem? Thoughts? I have seen people complain about the same issue on completely different phones, adding to my suspicions that the issue is more related to the Bluetooth tech.
