My vizio tablet won't save anything to my ad card

I've had this stupid vizio tablet for about 4 months now and I've barely used it twice because it only saves to the internal memory which only has 2 gigabytes of available space. I have a microsd card inserted and mounted and it shows it has 29.66 gb of the 29.66 available. The only time I'm able to save anything on the microsd is when I connect it to the computer to put music on it. I'm about to destroy this Piece of tablet I can't do anything but use to Internet and listen to music, I didn't pay $300 for something I can only use until the internal memory runs out. Also, everywhere I search there is no help AT All and an annoying message pops up every 2 minutes saying I should look at the user Manuel to manage it but It's no help. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know a way to fix it?

You need to root your device and it is fairly easy to do this I did it today

Yes root it or even put launcher pro on it much better. Also there is an apk to sd mod look at androidtablet forums.

Under Settings -> Storage -> Default Storage Location, change the setting from "Onboard Storage" to "MicroSD card". It will take a minute and then reboot the VTab.

Then you can use Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> On SD card, to move all the uncheckmarked apps to the SD card.

I haven't gotten an apps2sd app to work yet, but since the tablet gives me a list of moveable apps I don't think it's strictly necessary.
