my wife has s8 and I have note 8 both having mic issue

Both of us are having trouble with people hearing us on calls but works on hangouts call or facebook call. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it. Both on AT&T

If calls made outside your carrier work, then that would hardly indicate you both have mic problems. Have you talked to AT&T?

I have a Note 8 and my mom had a S8+ and we're both on AT&T with no such issues. I also have a few friends on T-Mobile and they hear me just fine when I talk to them on the phone. Are you sure nothing is blocking the Mic?
