Awhile ago I kept getting private number phone calls and no one said anything until I heard someone say I have an Samsung j3 then I hung up on them but my phone has been acting strange, alot of data used I have seen in her phone alot of different aps like Zedge aptracker something and other things

You can download an app called UNHACK on Google play. It will show all apps including hidden apps on your phone that anti-virus and Mal ware apps will NOT find. It's pretty self explanatory. If you see an app you don't recognize tap it, etc.
