Welcome to Android Central! Does the screen actually light up, or does it remain dark? If it's dark, then it could be a dead battery or a dead motherboard. Try a new battery.

If it lights up but nothing else happens, then I'd be concerned more about a faulty motherboard. That would require a repair shop.
