my zte z992 the screen is unresponsive. how do i repair it?

I have a att zte z992 android. The screen is unresponsive to touch. I need my contacts and pictures from phone. Is there something I can do to reset or unfreeze screen?

Welcome to Android Central! Does that persist after a reboot? If touches no longer register, then the digitizer might have failed. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop.
