Mysterious triangle appeared

Earlier Samsung asked if it could read, copy, reply. And delete all the gmails. I use email app so I did allow, and now ,(maybe not related) there is a triangle with arrow up/down in toolbar

That's the data saver icon. You can turn it off in settings if you want to.
