Mysterious vibrate while charging at night?

Unlocked N8 on Verizon has some weird intermittent vibrated while charging. I do turn on do not disturb at night. I have checked all the usual places and can't find anything that would cause it. Also checked accessibility and it is turned off. Only thing I see is it vibrates every time it hits 100%, but sometimes it just does it out of the blue. Always though when charging on do not disturb.

Are you using Wireless Charging? Those usually happen when the phone, like you said, hits 100% (if your charger stops charge it might go down a percent, then charge again, then hit 100% again and vibrate once more). Also, if the phone is plugged in or wireless charging begins, it will show the charging animation and vibrate as well. If you're using a wireless pad, it might be positioned so that contact might fail at random times and resume itself.

Plugged in not using wireless charging. So it maybe either just the normal charging cycle causing it or Gear S3 Bluetooth disconnection since my gear is in my living room at night.
