n4 factory image OK?

Is the factory kit Kat image fully functional? No radio issues, Bluetooth issues etc. Only ask because the ota delay makes me wonder. I want to flash it because I'm tired of waiting but second guessing now. Any thoughts appreciated.

I flashed it Thursday or Friday night and I have had NO problems with it at all. Everything works for me, including Bluetooth. I did have to reset my Straight Talk APN settings, but that's it. Also, I had to unlock my bootloader which wiped my device, but I was OK with that. I like starting with a fresh device when doing major OS upgrades.

Google is not going to put out the factory image unless its fully functional.

Went very smoothly for me also. I already had the adb/fastboot files and drivers, and bootloader was already unlocked. Just transferred my important files to my pc, dowloaded the factory images, extracted and typed the flash-all.bat command and thats it, everything was done in a few minutes. Was super easy to root after that as well.

Works beautifully for me also. I also unlocked the bootloader and factory reset it because I was setting it up for my wife so wanted a clean slate anyhow. I installed the GEL on 4.4 just by simply downloading it from the AndroidPolice link. With 4.4 + GEL the N4 looks and works beautifully. As I have said elsewhere, this combo essentially makes an N4 the same as an N5. My wife accidently picked up my N5 yesterday, used it for 30 secs or so checking notifications and email etc, and then said "is this my phone or yours"!
