N5 from clockwork to stock *help*

I'm trying to update to the lollipop ota but I'm using cwm recovery, can I do a factory reset to revert the recovery to stock?

Download and use the all-in-one Nexus Root Tool Kit to flash the Nexus 5, your phone does not have to be rooted to use the program. The program will download all the files you need, you will run this from you computer to your phone via USB cable.
