Actually one of the features I love on iOS... the back swipe... and forward swipe. Hold the phone in left hand, drill down on something in twitter, reddit or a webpage, then swipe back to get to previous page with a quick swipe of thumb or finger instead of needing a second hand to hit the back button. Or reading a book or pdf and being able to just swipe with a finger to change pages.
Use it all the time with my iPad Pro but missed it using my Note 8 and wishing Android would do something like that.
Then with the N20U and Android 10 I find out from someone here about gestures introduced in Android 10 basically copying those gestures in iOS!! The back swipe... the front swipe... the swipe up to close the apps... all copied from iOS and works well!
Reluctant to lose the bottom buttons on Android because they do come in handy and the gestures don't have the same smoothness as iOS. And I'd get kinda tripped up with the gestures getting close to the Assistant gesture, the Edge menu swipe and the Samsung Pay swipe up, but decided to commit myself to running with gestures since discovering it and give it a fair try and learned to get use to it on Android and not going back to the buttons.
