Was this a company phone? Were you given it, and you were set up as a guest user? Have you tried to clear the cache partition and reboot?

Hi, welcome to AC!

So at this moment you have a black screen?

Thanks for your answer. No, it works in safe mode. What can it be? - Not a business phone, I have already cleared the partition cache and rebooted

I still don't quite understand the problem, though. Are you saying that when you swipe down the notification panel and tap the Settings gear icon, nothing happen? Or if you open the App Drawer and tap the Settings icon in your app list, nothing happens?

I did not install anything recently. What I should do? As thyrd part
apps I have Signal, Telegram, Swiftkey, Malwarebyte, N7Player,
Spotify. Do you know any way to individuated the app that causes my
issue? Thanks a lot

Try Malwarebyte first then N7player next

It doesn't necessarily matter if you didn't install any new apps recently -- a recent update of one of your apps may have caused the issue. Or the security patch by Samsung might have introduced a glitch with one of the apps.

Hi, Do you always mean third party apps or even system ones?

It's typically 3rd party apps, although glitches with system apps are still possible. But since the problem goes away in Safe Mode, that eliminates system apps (or any app that came preinstalled on the phone), since Safe Mode disables all apps that weren't originally on the phone.
