Navigation not connecting?

I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with their Navigation not working? This seemed to just start recently for some reason my navigation/gps is not connecting, instead of going blue like normal and guiding me it will go white and half *** get me there if at all. Every once in a while usually right before I arrive to my destination it'll connect me and tell me I arrived, this is starting to become an annoyance so wanted to see if anyone else has had these issues or be able to provide some guidance on what I should do. It's just your run of the mill 32GB Galaxy S4 no rooting or anything I've had the phone maybe two weeks.
