Navigation question.

Yesterday I had to take a trip, so I set my Navi and off I went. In my car my note is connected via Bluetooth. The way my iphone would work using Google maps was regardless of what source input I had my car set too (fm,xm etc) when a step came up the navigation voice would pop up like a phone call and tell me where to go. With the note, unless my car was set to the Bluetooth I wouldn't get my navigation updates.

Is this something baked into rom of phone, or something to do with compatibility to vehicle...or can I adjust this?

I have a 14 accord and I know for sure the ipod specific input doesn't recognize the note, and to play music I'm forced to Bluetooth.

It may be a setting in maps. I'm not having that problem with Waze.

I use my data to navigate. Hmm...I've never use Bluetooth. Anyway, when I use data to navigate, the navigator will always talk.

Check out an app called AudioBT Plus.

I haven't tried it with my N4 but it worked well enough with my N3 after playing with the settings.
