I am using free app Sticky Password in my smartphone and it is really great. You can download it here, take a look at google play. What I like about it most are floating window.

I found a new app today called Password Manager Home,(I am the second downloader...^^)
I like its one key backup and restore.
CSV files import and export is also very convenient...
