Need advice on pan 360

So before I had not used pan 360 or whatever it was called before cause it only took a 360 at one level, but this one takes the entire room, top to bottom. Unfortunately my 1st 3 were great but not perfect like distortions. So any advice?

Some tips from experience:
1. Rotate the phone as close as possible to one point, don't hold the phone in front of you and just spin around.
2. Take your time, keep the phone as level as possible
3. Try to use a location with as little subject movement as possible, busy city streets etc will just look weird

From the little I've used it, it seems to work better the further away the subject(s) are.

This is my third try, as can be seen some things are off

It looks like the camera shifted a bit sideways in one row, which will throw the stitching off.

As you can see, I had this issue too. I must say I love that you can rotate the camera around to view the picture within the gallery app.
