Need an app that will install, auto-start, and enable file sharing via wifi/BT for broken N7

Guys I have a Nexus 7 that I dropped and broke the screen and digitizer. I can't unlock it with my pattern. I need a few files off of it and it's not rooted so I cannot use debug mode to pull directly from directories.

All the wifi share apps that I've found that I can remotely install need to be MANUALLY started and activated. I want something that will do this automatically since I can't get into the tablet at all, that way I can connect with my phone or PC and pull the files.

Any recommendations?

You can't just plug it into the pc and pull from the usb cord?

No, 4.2 at least is set up so that if the device isn't unlocked, it won't show up as a shared storage device. This is a great security feature but the lack of ways to bypass it (such as an app from the store, which obviously requires remote installation and my google password, which seems like enough security) make it kind of a pain right now.
