Need Help ASAP

Hey All,

I need help today I was on my pixel and was looking up something on Google click on a website and my phone started vibrating and pop ups saying "Android 27% not clean virus" something like that. It has happened before on my Nexus but after restarting the phone and putting my finger print i had to enter my PIN and it didn't work. I called Google and did a hard reset. My question is was it a hacker or just spam? Why did my PIN not work?

Any help will be great thanks

I think the website you visited has virus.

Same thing happens a week ago for me..I went through Google support and ended up factory reset phone in the long end

It's not a big deal... Just a pop up. Don't click on anything and close that browser window.

its the website thats trying to trick u into clicking stuffs/get u infected or scam you.
nothing is compromised though. all you have to do is close the browser tab and not give any personal or security code.

its probably targetting windows/mac users. although some target android too
