need help choosing a tablet!

this will be my first tablet purchase. i have narrowed it down to samsung but i cant decide on the tab 2 or the note. is there really any significant differences besides the s pen that would be worth the extra 150 bucks? it will also be used at work in a shipping warehouse type setting, inside and outside. are there any rugged cases for the galaxy note? i can only find an otterbox case for the tab 2. either one i choose will be wifi only. any help would be greatly appreciated.

The s pen is amazing, I love my note. I use the pen for almost everything. I use the tablet for work, and need to document meetings and such, the pen is the real deal. Go note 10.1 is awesome.

I have the note 10.1 and the original 10.1. The Note 10.1 is way more useful.
The pen is actually useful if you like using a pen.

I say Note 10.1 as well. But I've never used the Tab 2. My thought is the S Pen is no small thing. 150 is worth the added functionality, especially if you're using it for work. I don't use the pen too much, but I am SO GLAD it's there when I do need it.
