I know know how to do the dlna way but I need to be able to use usb bc it only shares music pics and videos where I need doc file to reach my game saves. Usually you plug up and it pops up where the game save folders are but nothing bc of media server is the the only thing there and I've tried usb debugging but no luck. Need help asap

You have to mount the phone as a drive. Also, are you using the stock USB Cable? If you are just transferring save files, I would use a USB drive instead. This is because the PS3 will only read drives formatted as FAT32.

I don't own a laptop anymore so I was hoping to do it via galaxy s5

If your phone is not formatted to FAT32, then your PS3 will not read it. Maybe you can visit a friend or relative that has a computer, maybe even visit a library! :)
