Need help finding apps

I need help finding an appthat alerts when a call is connected. Then does anyone know of an app that does the same thing as smart actions

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you're looking for. If you make a call, wouldn't you know if it connects? Please explain a little more ...

My old Razr M there was a phone setting the would cause it make a noise just before it starts ringing. I work in tunnels all night and there can be a five or so second delay from hitting the call button to when it actually rings. So I end up pulling this phone away from my ear a few times before it connects thinking it didn't start the call. Just more of an annoyance then anything. Oh and thanks for the link will try it out
