Need help installing BackTrack5

Hey guys! This evening i was trying to install BackTrack 5 to my mototola xoom, but i cant quite get it. I may just be not reading carefully or its just out smarting me. I am using the tutorial on XDA (BackTrack 5 ARM (with GUI via TightVNCServer) - xda-developers) The part im getting stuck on is in the README of the image. I need to run codes in ADB but i dont understand what some of them are trying to say. If anyone could help me or find different tutorial on it that is easy to understand would be greatly appreciated!
