Need help moving apps from SD card to phone storage.

Got the phone a week ago and am still trying to get the hang of it. I've downloaded about 10 apps and have noticed that they are all being saved to my sd card. I want my sd card for pics and music only and want all apps to be saved to the phone's internal storage. Any info on how to move the apps over would be greatly appreciated.

You have two SD Cards in the Rezound. /sdcard is the internal phone storage. /sdcard2 is the removeable / external SD card. So your apps should be installing on /sdcard.

Menu / Settings / Applications / Manage Applications, then choose an app. There is a button that says "move to SD" or "move to phone"

On a related question, how do you use the SD2 card? I have a HTC Flyer and haven't figured out how to use the SD2 for anything. Can I store music, pictures, etc on SD2 and have the music player and gallery use them? How about a pointer to the answer to this question.

I know about app 2 SD. App 2 SD moves the apps from tablet internal memory to SD memory (built in internal memory). I want to move music and photos (DATA) from the SD memory to SD2 (removeable (external memory)). I can mount the tablet on my PC and see both the SD (internal) and SD2 (external) memory and I can move the files from one to the other. My question is how/will the apps find the music and photos in the new memory location?

I understand the problem. I am running out of space and am going to add 16 more gigabytes but the only thing it does when I slide it in is it says that the apps that are on internal sd partition are not installed. I'm going to move the entire contents of the internal sd partition to my external and I'll see how it goes.

So... here is my problem/question.... in some of my apps, I have it set up to periodically do back-ups to my SD card, meaning I want it put on my external storage. The app doesn't give me an option to back-up to SD card 2 so it keeps putting in the internal storage 'SD card'.
At least now I know how I lost my back-ups when I did the factory reset!

You can't do that... if you want to move apps from one phone to another, you would have to use an app like Titanium Backup, however, this is not recommended across devices/android versions and can cause assorted issues. Honestly, the best way to do this is start clean and just push the apps you want from the Play Store via your PC to your device.

Only certain apps can be moved to the SD card, anything with widgets or some "system" type apps cannot reside on the SD card... if it i grayed out then it can't be moved.

You only other option would be something Link2SD or App2SD, but still apps that have widgets cannot reside on the card.
