need help please

i flashed my incredible and while in rom manager, i loaded a rom from ShadowRom and now my phone does not have an option for a keyboard!!!!
the rom also removed rom manager from my apps. how in the world do i get out of this rom or atleast get a keyboard. and the worst part is now my cell is not recognized by my mac. please help

You could re-download ROM Manager and try flashing a new ROM once it has been downloaded. Did you make a nandroid back up before flashing the ShadowRom? You could restore that one and try to flash a different ROM that hopefully won't give you problems. Also, if you like that ROM you could always download a new keyboard from the Market and see if you can set it to that one and hopefully it restores the keyboard.
