Need help resetting to factory

My screen on my S21 isn't visible. Phone company sent me a new phone, and I already put the sim from the old phone in the new phone and transferred everything. Only problem is, I can't reset the old phone to factory before I send it back to phone company. Is it possible to do so with no sim and no visible screen? I just worry about all the saved pswds, docs, etc. Are things like that able to be accessed by the ppl at tmobile under these circumstances?

I honestly can't remember if that was one I automatically stayed signed into. I rarely used the specific Samsung apps or acct.

I do have a pin to get into the phone though if that matters. Idk if they can bypass that or not.

Pretty much if your password on the device and Google account it will protect your data unless someone knows the password
