Need help to recover my contacts

Hello, let me explain what happened.
I have my contacts on the phone and decided to sync with google (google didn't have any contacts at this point yet).
After the sync, contacts also appeared on google.
At this point i was making a test, so i deleted a contact on my phone and went to google to sync them.
I selected the "10 minutes ago" option.
After that, phone contacts were also deleted, so now i don't have any contacts at all.
No google, No phone. I don't have a backup.
Is it possible to recover them in someway?

There should be a setting in contacts which ask you which contacts you want to display. You probably have it set to show phone contacts. Set it to show your Google contacts or Gmail

I don't know which phone you have but they all should have a setting

it's just set like that. I need to know if i can recover contacts deleted from google sync (to phone) without having access to google. Is there a way to use a program (even with root?)
