Need Help! Unrooted Note 8 but Status still showing as Custom

I rooted my note 8. Then installed an upgraded OS from 4.1.2 to 4.2.2. which was not available to me OTA. Anyway since I did that the Settings>About Device>Status>Device Status shows as Custom. Is there anyway for me to have that show whatever it was before I rooted etc.???

I need this to take it in and get a replacement or fixed due to low battery life.
