I have an older Samsung S3 (Sprint). When I go to 'Settings', then click on 'Data Usage' underneath the graph for already used data is a little green Android guy and to the immediate right a heading saying 'Removed Apps & Users'. I've read that this is supposed to represent how much data removed apps have already used, but in my case it is *still* using a lot of data (and I'm limited to 5 Gb per month). So my question is can someone PLEASE help me make it stop using up my VERY limited data?

Why Do I Want to Do This?
Cellular providers, especially in the U.S., are notoriously stingy with their data plans. Most providers have a hard cap of 2GB and even the providers that advertise unlimited data have a soft cap around 5GB and reserve the right to charge you if you break through it.
