Need help with Android Studio

[Android Central Question]

I have scoured the internet for quite a few hours and watched tons of nonsensical YouTube videos trying to figure this out. I am creating an app I have created pictures and basically gathered everything i should need now I just need to piece it together but what I have in mind i cant figure out how to create in the studio. I'm trying to create a window that slides out then has tabs that are labeled where u can drag and drop different pieces from said tabs into the main window and then be able to close the window back up leaving only an arrow or something similar so the user can bring it back out. Any ideas on how this can be done or a tutorial already available would be helpful Thank you

Have you ever learned programming, or are you assuming that you can do something like that by just dragging and dropping? (You can't - you have to learn some programming first, and then learn Java.)
