Need help with commas

New phone, Google imported a bunch of legacy apps and the only thing I added was Nova prime.

I need help with commas and dots. They are reversed. Like in calculator, it shows a dot where a comma would be and a comma where a dot should be. Tried downloading another calculator app and same thing. Actually the reviews of calculator apps show commas instead of dots in the user ratings.

Go to settings > system > and change the language to US English.

Yours is on English for the Netherlands. That's why it is doing this.
