Need help with GS5 bluetooth

I cant get the bluetooth for my GS5 to work. Every time I try to turn the bluetooth on my phone it instantly switches back to off. Both the on switch in bluetooth setting and in the quick setting buttons have the same result with bluetooth switching off instantly. I have tried restarting my phones multiple times and looking through the setting for anything that may be causing this. Did i miss anything or any ideas what might be causing this?
