need help with home key

hello to all
today i notice that when i press on the home key it doesn't work any more i get this message=security policy prevents use of this hardware key
never had any problems using the home key any body know how to fix this issue thanks

All the time or only when trying to unlock? Are you using fingerprint unlock? If so, try turning that off and see what happens (try this even if problem is occurring all the time, not just while unlocking).

all the time i don't use any of that stuff finger print or hand gesture

Are you running a work exchange email address? Security Policy reminds me of the outlook work email policy.

ok so i call samsung they said do a factory reset maybe update with a glitch if doesn't work send it in for repairs
well i hate doing factory reset takes for ever to get it back to the way i like it so as i was getting it ready for reset under applications then the 3 dots upper right corner special access then device administration when i deativated pdp engine which is part of package disabler my home key started working again i then rebooted the phone home-key still works then i re activated pdp engine home key still works weird but i got it back to normal
