Hey there.

Sometimes, unfortunately, water damage can do some crazy things to our devices, even if they are still powering up and responsive. The only thing I cam suggest is to open it up to be sure all water traces are gone. If the damage is permanent, not much can be done :-(

Sounds like the water either ruined the electrical motor to vibrate or made it rust.

But if it ruined the motor it should be ruined right after it got wet ....cause 2 days later it was working perfectly nothing was damaged

Everything was fine then

Not necessarily. It could take a a few days for the contracts and bearings in the motor to corrode. What kinda of water was it dropped in. U could try taking it apart and getting methanol or isopropyl alcohol and carefully spray or dab it with a damp towel and let it completely dry for a few hours to see if it corrects the issue.
