1. What do you mean?
2. Hold your finger where you want to paste and tap 'Paste'.
3. Excuse me if I'm wrong but that's impossible.
4. You want to play flash? Search around and find a link to a download. Open it, install (very simple) and once installed, download Firefox etc. To use it.
5. What kind of iFiles?

  1. The clipboard is primarily stored in memory. There isn't a set location you can go to access it, though there may be applications in the Play Store that can help you view the contents of your clipboard. I can't be sure.
  2. In order to paste text, you will need to long-press in a textbox and select the "paste" icon in a similar manner to how you would select text and then select the "copy" icon.
  3. Files with the '.exe' extension are executable files that can be executed on the platforms they have been compiled for. The executable files you are referring to are likely Windows executable files, and cannot be run on Android.
  4. I can't help you with the Flash Player personally, but this pinned thread from the Nexus 7 forum has very simple and straightforward instructions. They should work for a Nexus 10 as well. Keep in mind, however, that you'll need a browser that can use Flash (Chrome cannot), as mentioned in 'Step 2' in the thread I linked to.
  5. What, specifically, do you mean by 'ifiles'? You can try searching in the Play Store for apps that can open files you've downloaded.
