Need help with my S6

Just got my Galaxy S6 and I encountered a problem where when I'm playing music I can't seem to skip through the music. When I want to jump to a certain part of the song it just jumps back to the very beginning or some part close to the beginning. When I hold down the skip button it skips through the song, but at the same time it keep jumping back to the beginning again. Please help!

What player are you using?
If you want to move to a certain part of the song, there is usually a track bar which indicates where the song currently is timewise. You can move that indicator to the desired time you want the song to play

Using the default music player the phone comes with. When trying to skip through the song using the track bar it jumps to the beginning. Everytime I move the indicator to a desired time in the song it goes back to the beginning of the song

For example when I move the indicator to minute 3 of the song it jumps the second 30 of the song. If I move the indicator to minute 4 of the song it goes to second 45 of the song
Edit: I've also downloaded other music playing apps and they do the same thing

Hmmm not exactly sure whats going on

Yeah I've downloaded a couple of other music playing apps including Pandora and Spotify and they've done the same thing
