need help with new s20+

Hi all
recieved my new s20 last week put a samsung 128gb micro sd card in.
spent the week trying out the camera. videos and photos.
Then came to back up on my pc running win 7 and struggling like hell, crashes pc some times it connects to phone but hangs when you try to brouse files.
plug my old s9+ in every thing great working as should.
can any one help.
i have plugged it into my usb 3 port still no good.

Smart switch is a issue?
I recommend using Samsung cloud also on the phone for back up
