Need help with Notification tones

I just received my S10e and copied over 5 notification tones to the Notifications folder, but they are not showing up as options in the dropdown. The five files are .ogg which I've been using for years. I tried rebooting my phone after copying the files, but they're still not recognized. Has anyone else seen this issue, or am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried adding an MP3 notification to that folder and see if it recognizes it? I haven't used OGG files in forever, and while I don't see why they would have removed support for it if it was possible to use before, the only ones I know have worked for me in the past are MP3 files.

Changing them to mp3 format worked. Thanks for the help!

Wonder why they don't now if you used them before... oh well, at least you got them working again.

Maybe the S10 doesn't natively play ogg files? (That would be a "downdate", but we are talking about Samsung.)
