need help

i just re installed a rom(nusense ics) because process.android.phone kept stopping. i did a clean install it loaded back up, but when it started to update my apps it froze the phone. if i reboot phone, as soon as it starts downloading again it freezes everything. i also cant boot into recovery because if asks me if i want to update my radios. the only way into recovery is through rom manager,which i cant get to because thsi download is freezing up my phone

So you can't get into recovery or you can't get into hboot? If you have an sd adapter, I'd put your phone's sd into it, put it in the computer, and delete the radio file. That will allow you to boot into hboot if you need to without getting the update radio prompt. Put the sd back in the phone. As soon as you're able to get into recovery, I'd flash superwipe or wipe cache, data, dalvik, and re-format everything except the sd card. Then re-flash the ROM and you should be all set.
