Is there a quick and easy way to switch the One to vibrate mode. On my old flip phone, I could just push one button.

hold the volume down until it vibrates. This can be done from the lock screen as well.

There is also a profile widget that you can put on your home screen which toggles from normal to mute to vibrate.
