for some reason com.Google. process.gapps keeps stopping I cleared the Google services framework and restarted any other help.

Gapps are a big deal. This is (everything) google has to offer in one package. Im not sure if you can wipe it individually. You can try to wipe your dalvik cache.
Or Id even consider doing a factory reset.

from your stock recovery menu. Each phone is different so search "how to use HTC one stock recovery" (something like that)
Some phones give you the option to wipe dalvik, but most dont

I tried that it just gos to a phone with a red triangle. to that's what happens when u go to try to in to recovery.
