need help :(

Something strange is happening to my GT-S7562... digits are appearing on upper side of the screen with red and grey colours... and when I touch mob screen it shows blue and red colourd lines .. I have no idea whats happening to my fone.. can anyone help me plz :/

Do you have the developer options enabled? If so, make sure that the options 'show touches' and 'pointer location' are switched off.
