Need my location history / even though turned off

Hello,

In order to protect my privacy, I have always had my location history turned off. However, I am going through a divorce and my ex is accusing me of something false, and my location history would definitely prove it. Is there any way to retrieve my location history? from my point of view, since my phone as a GPS, there might be a log file somewhere that shows my movements? I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Is there any other way, software, app I can buy to retrieve my location history?

Hi there. I don’t think there is a way to retrospectively find location history from when it was switched off. By its nature switching it off disables recording of your location.

Not sure if anyone else has any ideas.

I would imagine that law enforcement could bring up some kind of history, but that kind of ability would not be available to the general public for obvious privacy reasons.

I believe disabling location services actually disables the GPS so the phone doesn't know where it's been either.

Your approximate location can be found via your cell connection based on the towers connected to and carriers may have record of that. Hopefully that's something your lawyer can obtain.
