need radio help please

I have been through several different modems and a few ROMs and I cannot seem to get 4G to come on. I am in downtown SF and on the 18th floor and it typically is very strong. I have reinstalled the EC05 modem that hasn't helped. Please advise....

Did you ever have it with Epicurean ROM? Or did you Odin back to stock? What's your current configuration?

Currently with EPICurean - I have been through a few ROMs but never Odin'd back to stock although I did flash a stock EG22 ROM via CWM. I was on SEggs that 4G stopped working and I even restored a previous nandroid but that didnt bring it back either.
Last night's sequence: I tried to flash the Random Hawk ROM but phone didnt like it at all, flashed the stock EG22 then nandroided the Scrambled Eggs...
