I recently tried to unroot my phone and restore it using this method : How To - Unroot the Nexus S (www.TheUnlockr.com) - YouTube

Which totally failed I didnt have a radio file I guess and then I did a reset/restore trying to see if I redid it maybe the file would take the second time around well it did not do that at all instead it messed it up even more it doesnt load passed the google bootup image. I can boot up into recover mode but is all I cant or atleast dont know how to get another rom onto there so I can flash it. Any ideas or walk throughs that may help me out before I just go ahead and ask for a new phone. My pc notices my phone being plugged in while in ClockWorkMod.

If you PC notices your phone while plugged in and your booted into CWM then you can always use the "Mounts and Storage" option in CWM. This will allow you to select "mount /sdcard" and then you can transfer files (ala mass storage) between your computer and device... Then when completed just select UNMOUNT and return to the CWM menu.

Basically you can use the above option/method as a way to place a different ROM or needed files on your device to flash and get back up and running again :)
[/TIP]
Or go the route that Zigg above mentioned and use Fastboot mode to flash the missing radio..
