need some advice for another android device :[

hello, my name is Rifqi
i'm a new Nexus 7 user and a new androidcentral user
i need some advice on which device should i buy for my little brother
long-story-short:
i am currently using two device with different OS.. been using Lumia 620 as my primary phone for some months, and because it lack apps, i bought a Nexus 7.. don't get me wrong, the Lumia deals with my daily work greatly.. but i also love the Nexus for my entertainment purpose and some ebook reading

after using and comparing both os, i see that my brother wouldn't need a WP8 device, his needs (other than text and calls obviously) might only be light gaming like temple run and happy street.... and he might want some social network apps... because i'm no rich guy and still in college, i came with a list of phone in my budget range
here it is:
LG L7
LG L5 II single sim
Galaxy Ace 2
Galaxy Fame
Xperia J
or is there any device worth buying with the price range around US$200-250

I would counter suggest this. If you have a friend who wants to upgrade, offer to buy their device from them for $150. You save a few bucks, they get cash toward their upgrade, and knowing who used it last, you know how well they treated it.

Otherwise, from your list, I would suggest the Xperia, or if available, the Galaxy S2.

i think that too.. but i'd prefer a new one..
because it's going to be a gift.. i don't know, but there's a culture here that giving a secondhand stuff as a gift isn't that good
i did searched the local electronic mall here, some still have new Xperia J on stock (Sony Center(s) said that the J is no longer being sold and now being replaced b Xperia L, which is out of my budget)
