Need some clarity on installing NilsP business Rom

Just like you did when you lock or unlock. Open command prompt, get to the directory where the boot.img is type in the command which I can never remember.

Here, check post two of this thread, this should do it.

Is this the command?

Place boot.img in easy to get to place on computer
Go to fastboot on phone
Connect usb cable
Open command prompt 
cd to the fastboot dir on your HD (mine is in C:\Android ... so the change directory command would be...cd \Android  )
Type this command: fastboot flash boot boot.img

And do you flash the kernel (boot.img )first or install the RUU (PH98IMG) first?
