need some help modifying a rom

Dear Members,

For days I run with the problem that my android 2din radio hangs in a booloop. On xda I have the idea that the good developers are no longer there. I really hope that there is someone with you who can and will help me.
The problem is as follows, after I have installed a ROM, my radio has been put in a bootloop. Bluetooth works (in part), my phone sees the bluetooth and I can connect to it, I can also have phone conversations true bluetooth. Audio streaming is not possible. Also my radio does not want to load in the user interface, it stays on the boot logo.
I have the following files: - original update.zip - rooted sp flash tool files (thanks to this I have a bootloop) - a full dumpfile of my previous (working) android (4gb).

Is the ROM specified for that particular model number radio? You can't just flash any Android ROM to any Android device, it has to be written for that specific device.

If it is for that radio, contact the ROM developer. If it isn't, find one that is.

(Fixing a bootloop isn't do this, press there, it's a matter of finding out why there's a bootloop, and one of the first things to suspect is that you flashed the wrong ROM. The second thing you do is a factory reset.)

To do a factory reset i must get into recovery (because i cant get into the UI to do it).
I have tried everything but i really don't know how to get in to recovery.
If i get into the recovery i can flash the original update.zip and solve my problem.

That is the reason why i ask urgent for help, i am already 2 weeks busy with it .

forget to mention, the rom developer say to me that he has no time now and on his radio the rom works
